What Is a Prescription Refill
A refill implies that you are currently taking a specific medication, or it has been prescribed within the past twelve months. As such, to qualify for a refill, you must be able to provide proof of prior use before we can send a prescription to your pharmacy. Therefore, you need to attach a picture of the pill bottle showing the name, dose, and directions of the medication.
Antibiotic and antifungal medications cannot be refilled. They require a new consultation

We refill non-controlled medications needed to manage your stable chronic health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and thyroid diseases, asthma, erectile dysfunction, herpes, and more. We may require Laboratory values to fill certain medications.
When Can't We Refill A Prescription?
_ if the medication is classified as DEA controlled substances like opiates (Vicodin, Percocet), Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium), hormones.
_ Drugs that require close supervision by a medical personnel or a disease specialist (like Accutane, fertility meds..).
_ If you are unable to attach a picture of the Rx bottle or pharmacy record.
_ If you have discontinued the medication for one year or more.
_ If the pharmacy is not located in the U.S.
