No. Lab test cost is separate. The providers at DoctorLoune value everyone’s time, including your time. We make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment and expect the same courtesy.  However, we understand that things happen in life; therefore, we will try to see you if your lateness is five (5) minutes or less. Beyond that time, you will need to reschedule. We do not reimburse for lateness.

No. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse for a No-call, No-show appointment.  However, we will refund you minus the transaction process fee if you cancel your appointment at least 45 minutes to one hour prior.

What if my insurance does not pay for the medication ordered?

If your insurance does not cover a prescribed drug, you can do the following:

1. Find out from the pharmacist what the alternative medication for which your insurance will pay and we will send the new Rx to your pharmacy.

2. Pay out of pocket if you prefer to stay on the medication that was originally prescribed. Unfortunately, we do not provide pre-authorization services.
